takes the Advanced course much further.

receive training in CPR. This course takes 6 days. |

| PREREQUISITES:

Be
certified as a PADI Open Water Diver or equivalent.
|

(Equivalency
defined as proof of entry level training in recreational Scuba diving)

Be
at least 12 years old for Junior Advanced Open Water or 15 years old for
advanced open water.

 |
Must
be in good health and fit for Scuba diving (See PADI medical statement) |

| ABOUT
THE COURSE
|
|
This
course has 2 core dives plus 7 elective dives. The course also requires training
in CPR and first aid.
The PADI Medic First Aid course is sufficient for this
training.
You
will attend lectures in a classroom consisting out of the following:
Physics,
physiology, equipment, recreational dive planner, skills and environment.

CORE DIVES:
|
 |
Deep
diving – You will be diving to a depth of 30m. Some will experience the
effects of nitrogen narcosis, but always under the safe guidance of a certified
PADI instructor.

 |
Underwater
navigation – How to use a compass, sand ripples and the sun to find your
way under the water. Navigate a specific course laid out by your instructor
|
|
|
ELECTIVE DIVES :
|
 |
Boat
diving – Experience the thrill of a surf launch at the hands of one of our
experienced skippers on our well-equipped boats.
|
 |
Drift
diving – Glide effortlessly over the unspoiled reefs while you relax and
enjoy the underwater environment.
|
 |
Equipment
– Make your equipment last longer with the correct caring techniques. Fix
minor problems yourself by knowing how your equipment works.
|
 |
Multilevel
diving – Learn how to plan a dive done to more than one depth on the dive
|
 |
Night
diving – Do not feel your way
around in the dark. Go down with us and experience the ocean at
night.
|
 |
Peak
performance buoyancy – Are you struggling with your buoyancy? Using too
much air? We will perfect your diving teaching you how to use your BCD and lungs
for a more relaxed dive.

Search
and recovery – Lost something? Learn the correct search and recovery
techniques.
|
 |
Underwater
naturalist – An introduction to the amazing creatures inhabiting the
ocean. A whole new world will open up to you
|
 |
Underwater
photography – Freeze your memories and capture it forever on film. (By
special arrangement only.)
