We were just coming up to the back line when Elphas spotted a huge whaleshark, and after a hectic few minutes of getting rid of the life jackets, finding and fitting fins and masks, and getting the various cameras passed around, Dennis was the first into the water. After the whaleshark decided to move off, we started to enthusiastically discuss our experience on the surface. That's when I noticed that Dennis's mask was on upside down. In the excitement and frantic doffing and donning, he had not even noticed his error. To top it all, he insisted it didn't even leak!! |
